CASTOL GTX 5w30 and a fram filter, i use it as the breakin and everything after. Just what ive always used so i dont know about everything else. never had any issues with my engine. plus its not the most expensive and if something blows up you wont be pissed about all the money you spent on oil

Castrol is also what I run in everything I've ever had and still have! Never had a single problem
Fram filters are the DEVIL Bobby Boucher! Mine gets Mobil 1 and the biggest Wix I can. I forget the part number but it's twice the size.

amsoil 5w30 and wix filter. mobil 1 burned, royal purple burned, i can go 5k on amsoil and burn less than 1/2 qt and still looks as if it could go another 5k. and thats with 178k miles.
