I'm still not going! If one of my kids got ran over their would be a killing. I will keep going to ls1truck shootout and have a good time. Better crowd all around.

This is exactly what I said when I went to october truck madness last year. I usually have my kids with me, and if I would have... I would have left w/o making a pass. It still made me nervous all the retards doing burnouts and flying by 2' from my truck at 60 mph... Sorry to keep with the bad, but the event would have to have a few successful turnouts before I'd consider going back. Just me tho. I undersrand it's a money thing, and 8000 retards pays alot more than a few hundred serious racers. Just my .02

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......
Personally I think youre fighting a losing battle given the demographic that shows up to your event. Youd have to have a ridiculous amount of security on site, no vehicles on site that arent racing, no alcohol and no car show. Im pretty sure if you made the event that way, you wouldnt have anyone there.
