I personal wouldn't worry about it as long as it went under the windage tray. Pretty much can't get to anything important unless your jumping the truck and will never block the oil pump pick up. I've pulled motors down before and found mystery bolts in the bottom of the oil pan,![]()

I mainly worry about it getting under the oil screen and wearing a hole through it, once that happens it can get into the pickup tube.

Man that unbolt crossmember is nice had the oil pan out an back up.in about 30 min!

I did the same thing, was EASILY able to fish it out with a magnet!
My truck was setting on a little bit of a slope an off to the rear sump it went lol
