yea it feels awesome mainly because i did everything on my own in the backyard. ive done little mechanic stuff here and there but this is the most work ive ever done myself. from removing the old engine to putting this one in...messing with the wiring and everything.

I'm putting a 5.3 into a s10 blazer that's sitting on a full size frame that's built rock crawling. The first motor I bought ended up having rust in the cylinders. After pricing rebuild kits, I decided to buy another motor.

With my work schedule, I only get to work on it 2 or 3 days a month and sometimes it was 3 months before I was able to work on it. But I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. Lol. Even though it's taken this long, it's very rewarding to do the work myself.

oh ok...yea i was working on mine almost everyday for about 2 months straight. then took a month off. doing the work yourself is far more rewarding IMO.
