    LS6 AC issue in truck

Since I had a v6 in the truck previously, I was planning on using all the accessories from my LS6 with my truck conversion. However, I've discovered that on the '02 truck (harness I'm using) the compressor has a high pressure switch built in the compressor (the rear connector). The ac compressor on the LS6 doesn't have a high pressure switch. Any ideas what to do here? Can I ignore the high pressure connector on the '02 harness?

I thought about just installing a truck ac comp and bracket, but wouldn't you know it.... the pulleys do not line up and best I can tell, this method would require swapping everything to a truck accessory setup.

Crap. So now I have to buy an F-body water pump, power steering pump, alternator and f-body alt/power steering bracket and scrap (sell) the vette accessories? What is the best solution here?

Do you have the f-body alt mounted in the original low position or are you running a high mount aftermarket setup? Any clearance issues if you are running the original low mount?

Thanks! I'll start shopping. How about the balancer and/or pulley, truck or f-body?
