LOL, too funny. Maybe you should take it to the shop more often.Assist bags are still great to have so you can use the truck like a truck.

I don't know what you're running but a lot of people like Belltech Street Performance shocks. Agreed with Greg, get a set of helper bags since it sounds like you're going to be towing a lot. McGaughy's makes a nice set.

nice! what front end are you going with? and whats going out back?
I'm building my front end from scratch out of a 4'x8' sheet of 1/8" plate steel, 1" Uniball upper, 1.5" uniball lower, 3/4" heim UCA's - all FK bearings, 934CV's with custom front axles, King 2.5 10" Coilovers with King 2.5 10" travel reservoir in the future. I'm machining my 4wd spindle out of 1.5" plate steel with improved steering geometry. I figured if I can get a 4000HP P51 Mustang off the ground I sure as hell can build a prerunner from scratch.![]()
I haven't quite figured out what I'm doing out back - I'm torn between just running deavers and 16" bypasses or linking it with Coilovers - but that's the easiest part of the build haha

oh shit haha!! good luck!
id say since youre "limited" with 4wd i would go with a deaver pack in the rear. the link wont be necessary. i would definitely recommend the c85 spring under pack for it. its alot nicer than the f67 pack. just dont forget to move your'e shackle hangers a couple inches back to accommodate for the longer pack. i gained 5 inches of droop from moving my hangers 2 inches backwards from the stock location!!
