LS7 lifters

GM is using LS7 lifters as standard replacement across the board for every non-DOD LS engine. 4.8 and 7.0 lifters share the same part number. The price difference is what's called "The 'Vette Tax"

That's what I was told. If they have a closed face and the higher pushrod plate they are ls7 style. I again being what I was told there is no true LS7 lifter, it is what they were created for and then got used in everything.

That or buy the Cadillac racing lifters that are lighter weight and even better for high rpm runs.

Those are absolutely different and very nice if you can swing the $.
