I would check the ring bolts, and pinion nut, or better yet have him do it. If the wear mark is off then its his bad and his fault. If something straight broke then its up in the air.
Yeah, definitely, but I'm almost positive it has everything to do with his install. Like I said, I don't know ANYTHING about setting up rear-ends, but all I remember him checking was the pattern with the yellow paint stuff, and something that measured out .08? But that's it... Isn't there more?
