Would it be a bad thing to go .040 off and end up with the common 64cc's?
Would that be 10.5:1 or so?
I have been trying to do a bunch of research on cams and such for a 10.5:1 LS3 headed 6.0 and at first I was thinking of going with something like the Texas Speed Torquer V2 232/234 .595"/.598"
But it is going in a 5000# truck on 35's, 4.56's and probably a 3400 stall since I tow a 5000# boat occasionally.
So that got me looking at smaller cams.
T R223/236 .612/.610 115 LSA or
TR 227/234 .616/.614 115 LSA
Am I close or way off? It might see a track for "shut your dirty ford mouth" reasons.
It will get long tubes, and I guess I need a L92 truck intake.

I think your setup would benefit from Geoff @ EPS's favorite L92 cam. It's a 222/230 .597/.600 112.
That's the cam he recommend to me and I've seen about 3 other trucks running it. They all run very well.

Why not throw some Lq9 pistons in it? I know someone that has a brand new set with rings...![]()

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......
