How much of a pita would it be to swap this with a 4l60 in a 2003 silverado?

you would have to change alot. entire wiring harness and computer is different. and you would have to change the reluctor wheel to a 58x.
it wouldnt be practical, but it would be awesome.

Yes. But even once you did that you would still have to run you original computer along with the computer for the 08-up
