    Look at turn key engine supply. Their water pump fitting comes out the front and has a cap of some sort where the pipe is. Don't know how they do it but it might give you an idea.

    you can use an fbody waterpump with spacers between it and the block to get the alignment back to the pullies.

    you can heat it up and turn it, it should seal up just fine. if not rub a little silicone around it and slide it back in, BAM!
