    Using the engine in a 63 Nova and want to route the radiator hose towards the drivers side and point downward

    If nothing else, maybe cut and bead roll the existing pipe the use a mandrel bent pipe connect with hose and clamps. Unless you're going for the clean look of a well made turnaround pipe

    Look at turn key engine supply. Their water pump fitting comes out the front and has a cap of some sort where the pipe is. Don't know how they do it but it might give you an idea.

    you can heat it up and turn it, it should seal up just fine. if not rub a little silicone around it and slide it back in, BAM!

    i turned mine to clear a re-located a/c compressor. i just used a propane torch to heat the aluminum. it got very loose, would have pulled out easily. id imagine you could heat back up to put back in. you can barely see it in this pic, its pointed straight forward now
