    Stay away from any "copies" or regrind cams. There is a guy on CL that buys stock cams and has them reground to match good power making cams but during the regrind process there are many times that they actually grind through the heat treated section of the cam and and hit the soft metal. When the soft metal rolls on the lifter it will kill the cam in no time flat and will kill your new cam and two lifters at least. The garbage off the cam then falls into the pan and is fine enough to be picked up into the oil pump where it continues to do its damage on-route to the filter.

    This is true, I think he sells them for 140 or so. Just check with me before you buy one and I will let you know.
