Cams big enough to lope. Alot of the sound can be made in the tune.

ya i like the sound of the truck in the clip thats what im looking for i belive the truck idles at about 800-850 " my rpm guage is broke'' but i checked it awhile back and thats pretty close... i wouldnt mind getting a new muffler or even lowering the idle if it is still at a safe speed... ?

I think it is an amazing daily and sleeper at this point. (No one in eastern AZ knows a thing about modding this thing is fast for the area)
Drop the idle down a tad, different exhaust setup, and it will sounds meaner.

It has more to do with timing than idle rpm. Mine idles harder with more rpm and more idle timing

I think you would get more lope with a different exhaust. A good tune helps, but my truck sounds MEAN and it has a smaller cam than yours. I think if you let her breathe a little more you'll get a bit more of the sound you want.

im thinking of getting a diffrent muffler... and maybe going single in single out? and should i talk to allen and see what he can do with the tune to try and get alittle more lope out of it>?
