Need more info. U wanting to do a v8 swap. If so ls or lt style engine. Etc

depends on why you are doing the swap and everything. if you want some more power i would say do an ls swap and get a 5.3 or 6.0. if its just a beater then just try to find a used 4.3 and it would be a basic drop in swap. whats wrong with the engine in there now?

if you want the 4.3 still (why is beyond me) 96-06 is what you're after.
