Auburn 8.5" limited slip diff has worked with both of my trucks, very indestructible. Had 100K on the other one and it still locked both tires and spun them at the track.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709

I have been looking at the Auburn ECTED Locker. Run around with limited slip on the road and with the flip of a switch it is locked. They run in the $550.00 range. Have no experience with them though....

Otherwise the Auburn Pro Series limited slip. It runs in the $370.00 range....

I'm strongly considering the Detroit Truetrac. Has anyone had any problems with them? Any downsides that I should be aware of?
