I'll be getting an XDm .45 soon. I like my little Keltec PF9 for CC though. Its just so small I can hide it in my front pocket if I have to. I like that Taurus G just got too.

I havent had one of the XDm's in my hand in a while. I think Im just so used to the feel of the Glock in my hand that any other gun just doesnt feel right.

I'm mainly just going with the 9mm because the ammo is cheap, I plan on burning a good number of rounds through it

id have to say out of all of my rifles, shot guns, and hand guns my baby would be my ar-15 dpms carbine, chrome lined barrel, l3 eotech, vented grip, with lazermax four grip with lazer, flash light and strob light in it, along with yhm supresser. newest gun bought remington model 700 sps tactical. and that is a 308 bolt action already threaded for supresser, bi-pod, and 14x scope. oldest gun would be my period correct springfield m1 grand
nice firearms guys! im in the market for sub compact 9mm pistol. i really like the taurus G bought hows it working for u btw? its come down to these 3 guns the Taurus pt111, xd9 sub compact, or the glock 26. they will be bought used since gonna keep in the truck and carry alot, so gonna see some wear. ive never shot any of the 3 but they all feel good in my hand. should i go for the one thats the best deal & least amout of use? or whats your opinions? oh found a pt111 for $280, xd9 for $380, and cant find a glock26 used but seen them for $500 new.

its great man, not as loud as my old 45 or as much recoil, dropped a stray pit bull the other day, one shot one killNow before anyone freaks out, i have nothing against pits, have friends with pits and never seen issues with thiers. it was in my yard when i pulled up, my GF and my 2 year old were in the truck, i was got out and started walking towards it, it started growling at me, pulled the 45 from its holster, switched off safety, quick, clean, over. I really like the gun.

^^^ damn! ya i had an encounter with a stray pit awhile back. was taking out the trash and it charged at me (must have not liked the noise of the trash can) , don't know where it came from, good thing my truck was near by jumped in the bed lol! ya .45 is a nasty round. probably gonna go with the pt111 seems like the best deal but the xd9 is sweet.

my 1873 45-70 trapdoor. My grandfather found it in his grandmas attic when he was 12, Has my Great, great, great grandfather intials engraved in it.
also picked up a 1955 Chiefs special .38 specail S&W, thats pre-model 36, pinned barrel, has a bobbed hammer though.
