I'm lazy and don't like cool weather. Once I get it rolled to my work area (which is up hill so I have to wait on my brother to get back in town) I can set in the engine/transmission, weld the c-notched and crossmembers, and maybe even set the cab on if I can con a few more guys to help lift it.

Newb question here, but what mods did you do to get the 6lug on the chassis? Does the entire knuckle swap over?

The rear end is a 4wd unit from the same body style so it was a direct bolt in, the front is just 2500 light duty rotors (6 instead of 8). I'm using 92+ drop spindles; 88-91 regular cab spindles/rotors are different.
