so today talking to a buddy of mine that owns a lightning, apparently in stock form, (it can be unplugged or tuned out) a lightning actually has some kinda setup that lowers the boost as it shifts.

I always sprayed through the shifts with the 80e with an unlocked convertor. Tried it with the 60e and it didn't last long.![]()

Building the truck GM never did..
You need gears and a locker first... but you can get a used one and swap it in for under 2000$
