I sprayed through shifts and it's still good. I also agree its better to keep the power on rather than on then off then back on again.

Do it. If you dont have a built tranny just stock, be ready to rebuild it at any time. The first few times i sprayed my 4.8 i didnt spray through the shifts and could tell it just didnt seem right so from then on i let her rip the whole 1/4 mi
