My company uses a customs agent for shipping to canada and never have any trouble. Im sure is high dollar to do that but its a thought.
Why not have him ship it to one of us and then pick it up at the meet? I'm sure shipping from CA to AZ is less than CA to Canada. And if I'm coming for the meet anyway wouldn't be a big deal really.
Or if I end up not being able to go, ship it to Justin and pick it up from him.
