I'm all for a reasonable amount of time, but like you said, when I get told that my stuff will ship the next day, then two weeks later it has yet to leave I start to get annoyed. I go by what their shipping info and processing info says. Thunder Racing says processes within 2 days, then ground shipping. So that gives them about 7-8 business days to get it to me.
