So I ordered a cam kit from thunder racing about 3 weeks ago and have yet to see any part of it. I have called in a few times and each time they tell me they will send it out that day. A few days go by, and I call back and get the same story from them. I'm about fed up.Has anyone else had a problem with them sending parts out to them?

Almost every shop you buy something from is going to take a few weeks to get it out to you. Over a month and it's time to make some angry phone calls imo

i give shops a resonable amount of time, but if they give me a timeline and its not met, thats when the boot inserts the rectum, i would call thunder racing and ask for my money back so that you can call comp, bet theyll get off thier ass then.

I'm all for a reasonable amount of time, but like you said, when I get told that my stuff will ship the next day, then two weeks later it has yet to leave I start to get annoyed.
