I wish I had a graph of how this cam performed on a dyno to see where the power comes in and leaves. I know your truck ran strong on it, but I don't have 4.56 gears and I'm pushing a LOT more weight. I feel like it doesn't have enough split for what I'm interested in. Who spec'd it?

yea i never got it on a dyno, well we did but since i dont have manual control of the 6spd...it wouldnt get a reading...Pat G spect........but i have found out when i drop the column shifter down once ,it will stay in 4th gear...so maybe Allen can get a reading off a 4th gear run?not sure.....
Do you still have the cam card? I'd like to see what lobes its on. Also need to know what pushrod length he spec'd it for. I know Pat likes to do some funky pushrod sizes from time to time depending on the lobes.
My real concern is not having the gear for this cam. I have the stall, but not the gear. How high did you spin it?

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
maybe this graph will help, this is when i had swapped intakes, the l92 truck intake to the F.A.S.T LSXr car style intake, if you look at the graph where the torque comes in quick or at lower rpms thats the truck intake, the further the torque is in the rpm range thats with the FAST intake..
i wont go into big detail as im just giving you an idea as our cams were pretty close mine being a 232/238 609/612 advertised duration was 230/236.. once again just giving you an idea.
by the way thats in a 6.0

Simple: 408 on steroids!
single digits coming soon!
Looks like if I spin to 6800 or so it'll be okay. Hoping I have enough gear for it.
