My buddy is trying to use 2008 Vette wheels (Rears 19x10, Fronts 18x8.5) on a 1996 Fleet Side 2wd truck wiht a 3/4 drop. Will these it with those adapters or are they too wide?

Also will the speedometer be way off with the factory Vette tires?
