Ok well sofar i dont think anything is wrong with it, will do an inspection before i put it in of course.
Can anyone also tell me would it be better to use the 5.3 heads or the 6.0 317 heads?? Thanks
What heads are on the 5.3, but you're Polly better off using the 6.0 heads because the others will screw with compression although 317s suck but like Greg said the 6.0 will be better in the long run for power.

Damn i dont remember what type of heads are on the 5.3, Im in lubbock and my trucks in lufkin. I will just go with the 6.0 heads and a good texas speed cam.
