yeah, nitrous outlet can plumb you a hidden spray bar setup, AKA the moneymaker, into your intake.

I wonder how well that would work on the truck intake....

may balk on this. with this procharger coming for my rx7 shell in trade, i may just put the p1sc kit on the gto, change the cam, and THEN the single fogger will easily screw into the charge pipe.. lol.. two birds with one stone right there... and i dont have to have the car down for the best part of the summer while my friend builds turbo manifolds for it. The question is, how much will the "little rod bolts that could" take? mmmm...

Anyone know of a extremly rugged blower cam with a terrible idle. It hurts me a little inside to give up this LG G6X3. I absoloutely love how hard it hits.

ive been told unless i use Katech bolts, the bearings/rods need to be resized? Is that authentic info is what im curious of?

Also the other downside is this is a GTO. I have to pull the %$&@ing engine to get the pan off

All those bolt manufacturers say you need to get the bearing clearance checked and/or resized, but alot of the guys on this site have just swapped them and run the motors for a good long time with no problems. As for a GTO, you may need to suspend the motor and then drop your subframe a bit to get to the pan. Someone in here will know exactly what you'll need to do

Katech bolts were just engineered to be installed in an assembled motor. I put ARP's in mine and torqued them to spec and am not worried at all. Ask anyone that has an issue after doing rod bolts what kind of torque wrench they used and 94.6% of the time it will be a $29.99 POS from the parts store. Engine assembly is all about precision, consistency and cleanliness. And you don't those first two with junk tools.

just replace one bolt at a time and all should be fine.

i have a digital snap on torque wrench, lol.. Im not one of those guys.

    SO...

I have been doing all kinds of reading here. It seems this p1sc procharger kit im getting along with quite a bit of the stuff i have is a perfect storm. I could use this intercooler to upgrade the p1sc's intercooler, i could use my tial q blow off valve instead of a race bypass valve, i could sell my g6x3 cam for a blower cam, and id have everything to put on the gto in an afternoon of work and be ready to roll RIGHT NOW. If i do this turbo route, its going to be down till my fabricator friend has time to make the manifolds and do essentially ALL of the fab work from scratch, then i also need to install this ABS manifold, have the bcm as well as the cluster reflashed to eliminate the constant beeping and alerts for the abs errors, as well as allow me to have space to plumb the downpipe. Imma probably do this stuff for the remainder of the summer.

If what you guys say is true, and i swap these rod bolts... I wonder what kind of power this stock ls2 will handle if i max this p1sc out and spray a little bit on top of it? Id say my weak link from my previous experience is going to be the piston between the ringlands will eventually crumble right? as long as i dont smoke a rod or break a rod bolt, i can deal with eventually eating up a piston. Its getting a rotating assembly in the winter. lol... hmmmmm

you guys are a terrible influence. but MUCH more helpful to bounce off of than even the camaro or god forbid the gto forums. I love it here! Thanks a bunch for all the advice!
