Clearly you've never tried to cross a creek holding a fox, a chicken, and a bag of seed all at the same time. Creek rocks are slippery due to the accumulation of algae. If this guy is so desperate in life that he's carrying around a fox (obviously tamed and utilized to help him hunt for small game), a chicken, and seed - he can't risk slipping and losing any of his cargo. Since the fox is tame, toss him over and he'll wait (or kick up a squirrel like a good tame fox would), toss the seed over (no use risking dropping it into the creek), and carry the chicken (he can't swim or fly across).
You gotta think this stuff through, David.
if the fox is so tame it wont eat your chicken so why is there so much to worry about?
