    Is it the digital prnd321 or the individual lights?

    No, because some of the 03-07 trucks have individual lights for the prnd321

    is any years a bulb change? hard to imagine, with the square that moves.

    That's the digital gear indicator. You'll need a new cluster to fix that one. Some of the base 03-07 have individual lights

    May be dumb, but make sure your dimmer wheel isnt towards the bottom, that would make it kinda hard to see.
    Otherwise a digital cluster needs to be replaced.
