ok i love this adjustable FPR.. but.. why when i got home.. did it read 55 psi, then i readjusted for 65 psi (should be 58 but i was compensating for the shift i saw).. this morning, it reads 100 psi!!! I know its set to 65 psi.. 30 miles down the road.. 80.. 75... finally resting between 60 and 65.. the regulator is rated at a max of 70! Im confused as to why it does that..at this point, im pointing my finger at the Glowshift guage, or that guages sending unit.. think im on the right track?

So, explain how you have the regulator plumbed. Is the fuel going to the rail, return fuel is going to the side of the regulator and the return line to the fuel tank is hooked to where the feed comes out of the bottom of the regulator (end opposite of spring) ?

ok fuel send from tank into one side of the regulator, other side of regulator goes to fuel rail, bottom line from regulator goes to the return line.

That sounds right. You don't have a kink in the return line anywhere do you? I would suggest you put a manual gauge on it and verify the fuel pressure. It shouldn't be fluctuating like that, for sure. You might try running the truck with the gas cap loose to see if maybe the fuel vent is plugged up, if you find the fuel pressure readings you're getting are accurate.
