Whats different about the output shafts? So there is a possibility that it might not have a slip yoke? The trans I want to buy is out of a 03 Savana Van.

Yeah, some (or maybe all) 1ton 2wds have the fixed yoke output. May be the same thing with the vans. Just check it before you buy.
