    Just givin you guys the heads up. I just installed a set of street and performance type III headers and they fit perfectly. And man are they a sharp lookin header. oh and the number 4 plug wire did come into contact with the header so down to the parts store i go....

    Probably &#036;529.00 plus shipping, that&#39;s their standard price unless you buy them on Ebay from someone who decided not to use them.

    vettetruck89, can you give us some pics and let us know how high you raised your motor with the adapters? Lambert and Mark at S&P said there would be problems so they would just tack a set up for me and I could send them back and they&#39;d fix where they were hitting and then weld them up. I&#39;m really interested because you&#39;re right, these are some sweet headers eventhough they won&#39;t give you the HP of longtubes. BTW, Taylor wires oughta fix you up if the stock are hitting. Thanks

    the headers were 530 and I used S&P motor mount adapters with the factory clam shells. The clam shells needed slight modification because of a protrusion on the motor side from the casting. I simply ground them down until they were flat and they bolted right up. here is some pics

    Umm these headers are&#39;nt the same as mine&#33; See it&#39;s shit like this that pisses me off. I paid close to &#036;600 for those damn things and they don&#39;t fit right after they said they would and now they have obviously changed the design, either that or they sent me the wrong ones&#33; I&#39;ll post some pics of mine later so you can see the difference

    I think the G-body ones are a specific version of the type IIIs Mine are gust regular old type IIIs
