We jumped a wire from the relay under the hood. The big fuse box. Starter bumped off. We tried a new relay, no. The problem lies between the key and the relay box right? Which leads me to believe it's a security problem. Neither the new pcm nor the old one will work. So it's not in the tune. GM tech said it's prob the security sys. He's gonna check it out tonight.
