    thats on the top of the block in the back right? i felt back there with my hand and didnt feel any oil..ill recheck tonight.

    Yeah could be that or a PCV issue. Did you hook it up like factory or did you just put breathers on the valve covers? Could be blowing it out the rear main even though it's a new seal.

    i had the rear main seal and cover gasket replaced already once.
    hooked pcv up like factory

    im hoping its not the rear seal.. UGH cost me 750 to have that replaced once already

    Well if its the rear main seal and someone has already done it then they need to make it right. Shouldnt charge you again if they didnt do what the were supposed to.

    check the back of your valve covers, are you still running the stock covers?

    Again...if they did the work and its not right they should make sure its fixed properly. Well at least thats my experiences with places I have had work done.

    i have 3/4 inch spacers and then stock covers on top of those.. the rockers were too tall to just use stock covers.
    new gaskets on the spacer, reused the gaskets on the covers themselves.
    i checked those and they appeared dry to me.

    That sounds right. You don't have a kink in the return line anywhere do you? I would suggest you put a manual gauge on it and verify the fuel pressure. It shouldn't be fluctuating like that, for sure. You might try running the truck with the gas cap loose to see if maybe the fuel vent is plugged up, if you find the fuel pressure readings you're getting are accurate.
