roughly 700 hp on a stock bottom end, that's pretty impressive & parts for them are pretty easy to get.
i know 2 local guys that put down 800-1000 hp in their street driven supras & i do work for a supra forum that has some pretty impressive cars.
granted i would take an LS over the 2jz, like i said the IS would be a great family car with an ls1 & a 6 speedbut the 2jz definitely holds it own.
