Its crazy the amount of opinions. Some people are saying to replace the front 3 cam bearings and run it, some say its time for a complete tear down. Still there are proplr in between as well. I pulled the front 3 cam bearings out, the hole in block looks identical to holes 1 and 2. I also pulled some rod caps and all the rod bearings look great.
