Cam slides right out the front of the motor. Take timing cover off. Spin cam to seat lifters. Run a small Dow rod into oil ports which will hold lifters in place. Take out one cam. Put in new cam. Reassemble. Easy

on the older carb'd motors you had to pull the heads on the ls blocks you dont have too, do what ian said and you'll be fine.

yay first wave of parts that I have here are on thier way to Rex!
oil pump, ls2 timing chain set w\gears and bolts, rockers and pedestals.

Better but I would go bigger. I'm going 226/230 in my 5.3 lol
