    Cam slides right out the front of the motor. Take timing cover off. Spin cam to seat lifters. Run a small Dow rod into oil ports which will hold lifters in place. Take out one cam. Put in new cam. Reassemble. Easy

    on the older carb'd motors you had to pull the heads on the ls blocks you dont have too, do what ian said and you'll be fine.

    incorrect, you had to pull intake to gain access to the lifter valley
