doubt it.. SSS was on 22's and trapped 109 in the 8th

Doubt it will run a 10.80 ? We know better then to compare this combo to chase .. But since people compare numbers and facts .. Chase went 109 1/8 and 130 1/4 ? My combos gain 25-28 out the back side of the track where as chase and most others gain 19-21.. Chase has about 200 hp more then this 5.3 combo and once it's all moving and rolling weight isn't the factor .. But yet he only gains 20mph out the backside of the track ?? We get this 5.3 in 106 or 107 range early all you guys can watch a ex cab 5.3 run over 131 in the 1/4

I am sure you will hit your 10.8 and maybe faster.. Very impressive 5.3.. I know both setups still have alot on the table to line out.. What torque converter / tranny are you on?

I was just asking what u doubt ?? I don't doubt we can run the 10.70 pass ... We are not going to call out out a twin turbo 427 lsx for a heads up race ... The trans is a 4l80 with a circle d 3 disc clutch We still have a high boost setting .. Thanks for all the props guys it's pretty cool project !!!

What stall size? It would of been nice to see it make a full pass when the drive shaft broke.. What psi did he launch at on that one?

I should have left the gopro on it for the last pass. Didn't want to leave it when we went to get some jb weld for the coolant tank. Come back to find the crazy bastards duct taped it

It's a 10.5 stall .. We didn't get a log of the last pass but I till him to leave around 5000 it's just a foot brake truck with no hydraboost ...

im not trying to knock chase by no means lets not go there im comparing a ext cab truck to an ext cab truck. if 10.8 is the record then i truely believe Mitch can hit that, its still early in the season and has the potential to run those times as long as the little 5.3 holds together. watch pushing 830 rwhp with an 80e trans. that will be near limits of stock internals safely. im looking forward to seeing mitch go 10s it gives me hope for my twin setup to run 11s

if chase is only gaining 20 mph on the big end something isnt correct, most turbo setups gain 25mph i in the past gained 29-31 mph on big end
    2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
    2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
    2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
    2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
