Just cooked a big pot of deer chili.
4 lbs ground deer
2 lbs ground beef
4 jalepenos
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 whole clove of garlic
4 cans chili beans (or other beans if you prefer)
2 large cans diced tomatos
1 jug spicy v8
add tomato juice to desired consistancy
Chili powder, salt, and red pepper to taste.
