Carne Guisada is one of my favorite meals. I need to try this one for sure. We need a cooking section.
    Name: Mark,
God created turbo lag so nitrous trucks could have a chance.

Just cooked a big pot of deer chili.

    4 lbs ground deer
    2 lbs ground beef
    4 jalepenos
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 whole clove of garlic
4 cans chili beans (or other beans if you prefer)
    2 large cans diced tomatos
    1 jug spicy v8

add tomato juice to desired consistancy

Chili powder, salt, and red pepper to taste.

I need to stop in Elgin/Manor to pick up some deer sausage now that I keep seeing all these recipes with deer sausage.

Mine doesn't use deer sausage. It uses ground deer.

The great thing about deer is how lean it is compared to beef.
