I've got 4.56 and 315/75/16 (34's) And it's fine on the highway. I can spin em, but it's not ridiculous. On 33's, you would be fine if you kept it under 80. 4.10's came stock with some trucks, and they only had like 29-30's from factory.

However, I would do stall first, and see if you really want the gears. I occasionally regret mine (like when I hit the nitrous at 65 and kick sideways). Big tires aren't very good for traction, and 33" drag slicks are EXPENSIVE (saving up for some now)
