    LS Engine in 1966 Bronco

Ok, so here's my most recent project. I just picked up a 66' Bronco and am currently sourcing parts for an LS motor build for it. I already have a Dana 60 front, GM 14 Bolt Rear and a few options for transfer case/trans setups to choose from.

I'm working on getting the title before I jump on it. This whole lost title is a PITA! I could go for a bonded title, but that would cost more than what I'm paying for the whole Bronco.

Can you go for a re-builders title? Hell sell it to me and i'll put my lq9 in it'll and be driven it every day!
I love early broncos! I almost bought a new one in 1975. (OBTW, I saw 6 of them today in various states of mis-repair on the same lot).

Why are you putting a 14 bolt in it? They come with 9" rears factory. Hope you get the title thing figured out, my dad and I love old broncos, we've got three now

I'm going w/ matching 1-Ton axles already locked and lowered to 4.56's. I can sell the 9" for more hardware.

Are you thinking a rock crawler type set-up? If so, do a maggie on top for some more low end grunt with the taller tires!
    AWESOME!!!

Depends what it's used for as to the setup I'd go with. I'd run no bigger than 36" tires with 4.56s. However, if it was more of an offroad toy, I'd look into something in the 5.xx range.

On a 3000lb rig, 4.56's are good for up to a 40" tire for what I do. I've had some luck with finding the title owner, they're located in San Antonio! I'll be picking up this hunk in a couple weeks!
