good deal or no go?

Ok. Hers the deal. I was at Bill Heard today with my G/f (she lets me ride around while were in town and look at all the pretty cars ) and we happened upon a 2005 Z71 ext cab short bed. Black with tan interior. it had about 8300 miles. Well I got suckered into the salesman's room and we started negotiating. What we ended up with is this.

05 Z asking price - 32900

99 Z71 trade in (131K miles) 11000 which i found ungodly

that trade in pays my note off, and give me 5500 down.

anyhow, it ended up being something like this. After taxes and all that crap, they want $442/mo for 7 years.
total cost to me after intestest and all is $43xxx.

Any feedback? I have more details, but they're outside and i already have my shoes off and I'm lazy.

I thought GM was lowering the prices on all their vehicles. Sounds like a raping to me but that just my Oh hell, just reread the post. That&#39;s for a used truck. I&#39;d pass on that without a second glance.

I kinda thought they were full of shit, so I so nicely called them back and told them to shred anything they had written with my name on it. I didn&#39;t need all that crap it had in it anyhow. My G/f uncle who own&#39;s a used car lot in Alabama said he could sell me one exactly like that for &#036;25000 and still make money.
