Took the pump apart and cleaned it all up. Added a little 3-n-1 oil to the top bearing and polished a suspicious looking area on the top end of the shaft. Put it all back together and it's working fine for now. I'm still going to get a new pump.

Do yourself a favor and get rid of that STS pump. It is NOT designed for oil scavenging. You will blow many more turbos if you stick with that pump. Get an ExaPump![]()
