I just got out of oil field work after almost twenty years with halliburton. They are not loyal to their employees.

I can definetly agree with this they are horrible to the employees but man does it pay good while things are up! Haha I just got a year of mechanic work in alvarado at halliburton and I love it but 110 hour weeks get old pretty quick haha

btw don't break the gun off down hole makes a pretty crappy day for the mechanic lol tell us again how much you like it in a couple months

yeah i think my slowest week this year is 98hrs or something i did 125 this week, i dont think i would work for halliburton but there are tons of smaller compays that are really good to employess and even big companys. its a great industry and theres tons of money to be made and plenty of advancement oportunitys. and best thing is we will always need to drill, within our life time any ways
