    Good God man, there are freakin tarantula's in OK? I'll never go back. J/k of course, never knew they were native to that part of the world tho

    They are, they are all over across the river too. You should let it go. They don't survive in captivity and actually migrate. Don't know how far but my mother, who is a biology major, gave me this info.

    A lot of people have them as pets, so im not sure why she would say that. There are also bearded dragons all over the place, saw 2 today. Place is just full of critters everywhere.

    I know a lot of people have them as pets but I didn't think they had the breed that is native here as pets. Me mum's been wrong before so it wouldn't surprise me if she were wrong about them dying in captivity or migratiing, I just thought it was cool. I'm an extreme arachniphobe so I wouldn't have one as a pet anyway.
