    take in like 1200 calories a day.. no fried foods, no sodas.. no beer.. no fast foods..
    losts of multigrain fiber..

    I dont think I can do 1200 clories..I've tried it and it just wasn't enough..I had to stick with 2000...Congrats on the weight loss

    The number of calories really isn't the important part brad, each person has a different caloric need. It's all about eating better foods in smaller portions, more often throughout the day. Think of it this way...when you eat your body uses the energy you just took in, if you eat too much and don't use the energy it gets stored and becomes fat. If you take in smaller amounts of energy more often and your body uses more energy than is taken in each time you're ending up with a negative caloric intake...that results in weight loss.

    Congrats midwest ss on the 38 pounds...you will drop the the rest as long as you have the drive and determination...I know this from experience...dropped from 210 down to 140 in almost 1 year and a half.that was about 3-4 years ago and have since gained healthy muscle..goodluck with the training...obviously bangbangskeetskeet knows his stuff

    I ate everything I could last winter...gained 30lbs in 3 months, was SUPER stoked. Quit eating like a pig once summer hit, and lost it all in like 6 weeks (but my lifts only went down like 10lbs ). Getting ready to start putting the pounds back on in a couple weeks.


    I guess this thread means I should stop dragging mike out for food lol.
    blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
