I refuse to work with TSP myself. I've had two very iffy issues with them. The first time I ordered anything with them (700$ order), my bank was charged, I never got a payment receipt, after waiting 3 weeks, I called them. They said they had no record of my order. After two days of phone tag the issue was worked out. My bank actually had to call them and prove that there had been a payment. The second time ($200), the same thing happened. If you do order with them, please don't do it online like I did. Do it over the phone.

You could all the street tuning you want but a dyno is always better, its gonna get you the peak powers throughout the powerband, and if the shop that your doing your business has a good dyno, such as a dyno dynamics, then they can tune drivability. Any tuner that takes care of there customer WILL also tune cruise and half-throttle, not just WOT, meaning they will go out and drive whatever is being tuned. Yes a track can by a dyno, but what a track can do, a dyno can too. Tune for peak numbers and that will net the best E.T., but peak numbers dont win races, powerbands do, which is why street tuning can be necessary SOMETIMES, and street tuning is going to help, e.i for torque converter lockup and timing ramps, and as some dynos can only do wot readings (in a sense), but some dynos do more than just WOT readings. Either way all of my tunes have been street tunes, but i do sometimes wish i had a dyno.

I could also sit here and put up a complain about nelson (a real one at that), but im not its childish, any shop can mess something up, you pick your poison you cant wrong with either.

You don't tune for E.T. there is too many variables, you tune for trap speed.
