that's pretty bad of them but im not really surprised. i dont know how many people i know that something like that has happened to them. but it sounds like its a much better job now and much more money to be made.

It wasn't really anyone's fault, he just can't keep a good installer because of the politics. Take home money is around the same, but my flexibility and benefits outweigh anything. If I want to leave at 2 I can, if I want to come in on Saturday I can. I can take vacation whenever I want without much notice. It's a bad ass job for sure.Originally Posted by jwlane1
