Sounds like cracked spark plugs. My brothers truck did the same thing, at idle and very light load it would run fine, under load(50%-WOT) It would miss and pop. Might double check them, cheap insurance.

tuning for the stall shoulndt have any affect on it, give nelson time, he will get it figured out

Do you have another MAP sensor you can try on the engine. It sounds like how my truck was running when I had a 2 bar sensor on a 1 bar tune. I can't really tell what the readings where on your freeze frames in comparison to what the engine was doing. BTW, it was running pig rich when I had the wrong MAP sensor.
